PROGRAMS & SERVICES Heritage House of Central Texas provides opportunity for hope, acceptance and stability, to the homeless or at risk of homelessness. We accomplish this by offering ongoing counseling, referral services, comprehensive case management, and life skill training as they move from dependent, often abusive relationships into independent, self-sufficient lifestyles. |

Our Outreach Program serves people who are homeless and congregating in the downtown Killeen area, city parks, libraries, as well as downtown businesses. Our outreach workers address immediate needs of safety, provide crisis intervention, and connect the homeless to basic services such as medical care, clothing, food and shelter that will assist them in becoming self-sufficient and to promote continuous and positive self-improvement.
